1 General Provisions

3 Account Security & Password

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000. If you deposit ৳22,000, you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳10,000 and your total balance will be ৳32,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement must be met before the welcome bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 in bets must be completed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Restrictions

• An account can receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Withdrawals cannot be made directly from the bonus balance — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirements have been met.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within 30 days of receiving the bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Attempting to abuse bonuses or obtain bonuses through multiple accounts will result in closure of all related accounts.
• mn444 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

5.4 VIP Program

mn444's VIP program has five tiers. Members advance to higher tiers based on regular play and receive weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.5% weekly cashback

6 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games on mn444 are operated in a fair and transparent manner. Random Number Generator (RNG) technology is used in all games, ensuring that every result is entirely random and not predetermined.

• Each game has its own rules, which are described within the game itself.
• If any result becomes uncertain due to a technical error, mn444 reserves the right to void the bet and return the relevant funds.
• For sports betting, if an event is cancelled or altered, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules.
• Any attempt to exploit vulnerabilities or bugs in game software for unusual gains will result in those winnings being voided.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on mn444 and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 mn444's Rights

mn444 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any clause of these Terms.
• Detection of fraudulent or unusual activity on the account.
• Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
• Extended period of inactivity.
• An order or request from a court or authority.

8.2 Closure at the User's Request

9 Limitation of Liability
